For a while now, horror movies of questionable quality based on kids' characters have been insanely popular, mostly due to how many characters are going into the public domain and how popular the mascot horror genre gets with each day. Whatever the reason is, there's definitely a certain charm with watching these characters brutally killing people; they aren't good, but they are definitely fun.
